We make it super simple.
Send us a list of the gear you want to rent.
Approve the quote and clear payment before gear pickup
Prior to the Pickup Sign the Rental Agreement and Provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Please send us a detailed quote request via email to sales@guerrillagear.co. Be sure to specify your shoot dates separately from any pick-up, drop-off, or travel days, as we typically only bill for the actual shoot dates.
We will provide you with a quote within 1 business day. Feel free to reach out to fine-tune your requirements and ensure everything is accurate.
While the initial steps are quick, obtaining Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from insurers can take a day or two, so we advise against waiting until the last minute.

Insurance Requirements for Rentals
Insurance is required when the replacement value of an order exceeds what an individual could reasonably repay in the event of loss, theft, or damage. Orders involving vehicles or high-value equipment will always need insurance.
No Insurance? No Problem.
If you don’t have insurance and only need a small package, let us know. We’ll assess the replacement value and inform you if insurance is required. If needed, we can recommend a few insurance companies that offer short-term policies.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
You’ll need to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing your coverage limits. COIs can be tricky to read if you’re not familiar with them, so we’ve created a document that outlines all the necessary requirements for properly insuring your rental.
COI Requirements:
We recommend you following the instructions in this requirement document.
Certificate Holder:
Guerrilla Gear Corp.
1283 Brooklawn Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30319
If you’re shopping for production insurance, we suggest getting quotes from TCP Insurance, Athos Insurance, and Williams Turner & Mathis Inc. These companies specialize in the film industry and understand your needs.
Insurance Claims Process
In the event of a claim, contact your insurer to start the process. We’ll work with them to fulfill their requirements and prepare a bill for repair or replacement. Usually, once a claim is approved, the insurer will pay Guerrilla Gear directly, except for the deductible, which you’ll need to pay us directly.
Tips for Setting Up Insurance
Setting up insurance can be complicated and time-consuming, so don’t wait until the last minute. We recommend using an insurance company with film production experience, as larger, traditional insurers often struggle to cover the specific needs of film production.
We’ve seen a wide variety of COIs, so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help ensure you have everything you need.

We can do that (with enough notice)! A delivery or pick up is $75 for locations inside the I-285 perimeter. If your location is farther away, contact us at sales@guerrillagear.co for a quote on the delivery.
If you require us to deliver or pick up the truck, an additional Uber/Lyft fee will be added on top of the transportation fee for our agent.

The film industry never sleeps, and neither do we. We’re available 24/7 to handle last-minute changes, unexpected ideas, and emergencies.
Whether you need help with new rentals, modifying an existing rental, or troubleshooting ongoing rentals, we’ve got you covered.
Most after-hours service is subject to a $50 per hour fee. However, if you’re calling to troubleshoot Guerrilla Gear equipment on an ongoing rental, this fee is waived. Just give us a call—we won’t charge for simple questions. 🍌

Yes We do!
We consider a "weekend" to be Saturday and Sunday and combine those two days into one day of billing. For example, if you have a two day shoot on Saturday and Sunday, then we would only bill one day for the entire rental.
Some exclusions apply. Any sub-rented equipment will be billed per day.
-
For most orders with a short term rental, we’ll require payment on or before the day equipment is being picked up. For long term rental (lasting more than 2 weeks) we’ll charge half of the total up front and the rest to be paid before end of week 2.
We accept payments by check, ACH, or Wire and Zelle. We do not accept payments via Venmo or Cash App.

What to Do If You Notice Damage

Special license requirements are determined by the GVWR of the vehicle.
GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) is the maximum allowed weight of a vehicle plus all cargo. So an empty truck weighing 9,000 lbs with a GVWR of 14,500 can carry 5,500 lbs of cargo before it is considered overweight.
Our Truck has GVWRs between 10,000 lbs and 25,950 lbs.
CDLs are only required to operate a vehicle 26,000 lbs or higher. This means you do not need a CDL to drive a Guerrilla Gear truck.
The State of Georgia requires drivers of commercial vehicles weighing over 10,001 pounds to have a DOT Medical card. This includes all of our box trucks. We don't need to see it, but if a truck is pulled over during a rental the officer may ask the driver to show their DOT Medical card.
